一、学校简介 

香港中文大学（深圳）是一所经国家教育部批准，按中外合作办学条例设立，传承香港中文大学的办学理念和学术体系的大学。以创建一所立足中国、面向世界的一流研究型大学为己任，致力于培养具有国际视野、中华传统和社会担当的创新型高层次人才。 

经过六年多的发展，大学学科建设已逐步完善，现有经管学院、理工学院、人文社科学院、生命与健康科学学院和数据科学学院五个学院和一个研究生院。医学院与音乐学院也已经开始筹建。截至目前，大学已开设17个本科专业，23个研究生（硕士、博士）项目。目前，来自世界各地的7000多名优秀学子正在港中大（深圳）求学。 

大学面向全球招聘，已建立一支具国际水准的师资队伍，截至2020年底，大学已引进世界知名教师380多位，其中包括诺贝尔奖得主4位，图灵奖得主2位，菲尔兹奖获得者1位，国内外院士1718位，IEEE会士19位，国家级专家人才50余人，省市区各类高层次人才项目入选者400余人。目前引进的教师100%具有在国际一流高校执教或研究工作经验，75%以上的教授年龄在40周岁以下，是一批具有国际视野、富有创新精神和教书育人热忱的优秀教师。 

香港中文大学（深圳）建校以来，以创新驱动为指引，以粤港澳大湾区需求为导向，在计算机与信息技术、人工智能与机器人、大数据与科学数据、材料科学、新能源、生物医药、临床医学、经济金融、物流以及人文社科等学科领域研究领域契合了国家战略发展需求，涵盖了地方新兴产业和未来产业发展方向，包括人工智能与机器人、大数据与数据科学、信号与信息处理、类脑研究、生物医药、生物信息、先进材料、新型电子元器件、智能电网、新型网络、金融物流等。积极打造国际化科技创新平台，组建国家级工程实验室、广东省重点实验室等各级科研创新平台40个；承担一批重大重点项目，获省市认定创新团队9个，累计获批科研经费超过10亿元；产出了一批包括Nature、Science论文在内的高水平科研成果。2018年，大学入选高水平大学重点学科建设高校，计算机科学与技术、应用经济学、生物学、材料科学与工程被列作重点建设学科，目前机器人与人工智能、大数据与数据科学、通信系统、现代生物信息工程、经济金融与物流、新型材料科学等重点学科均已经走在国内乃至国际前列。 

大学注重国际交流和学生国际视野的培养，截至2020年12月底，港中大（深圳）开展实质性交流与合作的境外名校伙伴已超过110所。遍布世界29个国家和地区，各类国际合作项目近200个。

二、学科方向 

招聘学科涵盖管理科学与工程、金融学、经济学、信息系统学、会计学、市场营销学、金融科技、数学及应用数学、统计学、运筹学、数据科学与工程、信息科学与工程、计算机科学与技术、电子工程、机械工程、光学工程、控制工程、工业与制造工程、物理学、化学、能源工程、材料科学、生物医学工程、生物信息学、药学、生命科学、细胞生物学和分子生物学、心理学、语言学等。 

 

三、申报条件 

申报人尚未全职回国（来华）工作，或在2019年9月1日后回国（来华）工作；引进后须辞去海外工作或在海外无工作，并全职回国工作不少于3年。 

1、领军人才： 

（1）取得博士学位；（2）须在海外著名高校、科研机构担任相当于副教授及以上职务，或在国际知名企业担任高级职务的专业技术人才；（3）在本学科取得突出成绩。 

2、海外优秀青年基金人才： 

（1）年龄不超过40周岁；（2）取得博士学位，有连续36个月海外工作经历，在海外取得博士学位且业绩特别突出的，可适当放宽工作年限要求。如博士在读期间已经取得突出成绩的，可破格引进。 

四、岗位待遇 

领军人才：经费200-500万元国家级科研经费资助300万元，学校给予科研启动经费200-500万元；各级；国家、省、市各级人才生活补贴补贴300-600万元。最高790万元，还可申请广东省人才补贴（最高不超过每年100万元）等。 

海外优秀青年优秀青年人才： 国家级、省级科研经费最高450资助100-300万元，学校根据科研工作协商确定给予科研启动经费100-500万元；国家、省、市各级人才补贴最高449万元，还可申请广东省人才补贴（最高不超过每年50万元）等。各级人才生活补贴200-400万元。 

• 薪资待遇：学校提供丰厚的年薪（与香港中文大学相当），符合条件的可享受境外高端紧缺人才个税优惠，按15%税率标准，超出部分由深圳市财政给予个税补贴返还。 

• 科研经费：充足稳定的科研经费支持、舒适的办公条件、宽裕的实验环境和一流的实验设备，并根据科研工作需求配备活跃的科研团队和行政秘书等，具体事宜面议。 

• 生活配套：学校可协助解决人才子女入学（学校附属幼儿园已经启用、附属中小学即将启用）、人才配偶就业、购买商业保险、入住学校教师公寓等，为人才提供项目申报服务、协助外籍人士办理工作许可、入境签证等事宜。

The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen was founded in accordance with the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Chinese-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools upon approval by the Ministry of Education. 2. Position Specifications 

The specifications and qualifications are detailed as below: 

Not yet come back to China to work full-time, or come back to China to work after September 1, 2019. Successful applicantsThe above positions are required to work full-time for 3 years at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, g， Shenzhen. 

Program 1: Leading Type A Professor Program (Full Time) 

Applicants should (1) have obtained a doctorate degree from a world renowned university; (2) Full Associate professor or equivalent in a prestigious university or R&D institute; and/or senior technical or managerial professional in a company or financial institution outside Mainland China; (3) Have achieved outstanding achievements in the field. (3) willing to work full time at CUHK, Shenzhen; (4) Not over 55 years old at time of application, If applicant is of non-Chinese ethnicity, he/she should be not over 65 years old at time of application. 

Program 2: Type B Professor Program (Full Time) 

Applicants should (1) obtained a doctorate degree; (2) not over 45 years old in natural science and engineering, not over 55 years old in social sciences; (3) full professor or equivalent in a university or R&D institute; (4) willing to work full time at CUHK-Shenzhen 

Program 32: Type A Young Talent Program 

Applicants should (1) Not over 40 years old at time of application; (2) have obtained a doctorate degree and have no less than three years continuously research experience outside China (Exceptions will be given to applicants with extraordinary research achievement),. (3) Be able to work full time at CUHK, Shenzhen. 

Program 4: Type B Young Talent Program 

Applicants should (1) obtained a doctorate degree; (2) not over 38 years old in natural science and engineering, not over 45 years old in social sciences; (3) associate professor or equivalent in a university or R&D institute; (4) willing to work full time at CUHK, Shenzhen. 

The above positions are required to work full-time at the Chinese University of Hong Kong， Shenzhen. 

3. Benefits 

CUHK-Shenzhen will provide successful applications with a competitive salary package commensurate to his/her experience and comparable to the corresponding teaching staff salary levels in CUHK. CUHK-Shenzhen will contribute to the successful applicant’s social security program including pension, health insurance, ect.. 

Additional startup funds and signing bonus will be offered to the successful applicants by various sources as detailed below:  

1) Program 1: Leading Professor Program Type A Distinguished Professor Program 

(1) Signing bonus of 1 million RMB offered by the Central Government; (2) Startup fund of 1 3 million RMB from the Central Government and another 2 to 5 signing bonus of 0.5 million offered by the University Guangdong Provincial Government; (32) Signing bonus of 3 to 6 million RMB.Signing bonus of 3 million RMB offered by the Shenzhen Municipal Government (refer to the Shenzhen “Peacock program A”); (4) Signing bonus of 1.5 million RMB offered by the Shenzhen Longgang District Government. If the recipient is of non-Chinese ethnicity, he/she receives an additional Research Startup fund of 3 to 5 Million RMB from National agency. 

2) Program 2: Young Talent ProgramType B Distinguished Professor Program 

(1) Startup fund of 1 to 3 million RMB from the Central Government and another 1 to 5 million offered by the University; (2) Signing bonus of 2 to 4 million RMB. 

CUHK-Shenzhen will provide successful applications with a competitive salary package commensurate to his/her experience and comparable to the corresponding teaching staff salary levels in CUHK. CUHK-Shenzhen will contribute to the successful applicant’s social security program including pension, health insurance, ect.. 

Candidates who meet the conditions can declare the Inpidual Income Tax (IIT) Subsidies for Overseas High-Level Talents. According to the tax rate standard of 15%, the excess part will be returned by the financial department of Shenzhen. 

(1) Signing bonus of 0.2 million RMB offered by the Central Government; (2) Signing bonus of 3 million RMB offered by the Shenzhen Municipal Government (refer to the Shenzhen “Peacock program A”); (3) Signing bonus of 1.5 million RMB offered by the Shenzhen Longgang District Government. 

3) Program 3: Type A Young Talents Program 

(1) Signing bonus of 0.5 million RMB and startup fund of RMB 1 to 3 million offered by the Central Government; (2) Startup fund of 0.5 million RMB and signing bonus of 0.25 million offered by the Guangdong Provincial Government; (3) Signing bonus of 2 million RMB granted by the Shenzhen Municipal Government (refer to the Shenzhen “Peacock Program B”); (4) Signing bonus of 1 million RMB granted by the Shenzhen Longgang District Government. 

4) Program 4: Type B Young Talents Program  

(1) Signing bonus of 0.3 million RMB for 3 years. (2) Other bonus granted by Shenzhen and Longgang District Government. 

Shenzhen Longgang District Government will help arrange the children of each successful applicant to be admitted in high quality public preschools, primary schools, secondary schools or high schools in Longgang District. CUHK-Shenzhen will provide successful applications with spacious offices, well-equipped laboratories, and sufficient research start-up fund based on the research specifications. The University will also provide full support for the successful applications to build up their research groups.
